My old Wagner brake parts catalog tells me that your front calipers are the 4 piston type. 68 was the last year for the 4 piston type, 69 and later went to the single piston type (which work VERY WELL). I would buy both front brake hoses and the rear also, they are WAY too old to be driven...safely...
Something to look into is availability or front calipers (new or rebuilt, but DO NO turn in your old calipers for a core charge to be safe...ever). The rear cylinders should be available...
The front pads are NOT the common D52 type, check around for those, as well, those pads may be the same as the early Corvette pads...
