The cam shaft is basically stock, maybe just a little bit above but not noticeable. As far as the pistons go they did not replace the pistons this time because it has just recently been rebuilt, unknown to me, so they just honed out the cylinders and replaced the rings. I will check with the rebuilder tomorrow for more specific information
