I drove over to the other shop that has done some work on the car. Told them what has happened over the last 3 weeks. After driving the car for about 20 minutes, the car idled steady at 22 psi and was between 60 and 80 psi while driving.
The second shop, who is very familiar with the car, said it was fine and to keep driving it.
