Did you buy the Steffs pickup ?
Are you planning on running a gasket or just use The Right Stuff and no gasket like some do ?
One thing I have done is buy I-Js teflon crank scrapper to add to it all. You can actually touch the crank with this scrapper. Kind of expensive at 230$ but if it gives me more power its worth it.
I-J told me this scrapper can add 3, maybe 4% horsepower which is a lot if you think about it. A regular steel scrapper gets you 1-2% more horsepower he said.
Aluminum block, she is going to be badd @$$.
She's been Bad$$ for about a year!!!

Hope you can make Great Bend. Last year was pretty ho-hum with that long oil clean up...
