I was able to loosen those two fronts with the front clip still in place on mine when I installed a one-piece trunk pan. It was kind of a last minute decision after I had already reassembled the car but before paint. It wasn't easy but as I recall I think I may have wound up using a big adjustable wrench slipped into the access hole in the lower cowl.
IIRC it's a square nut.
The trick is to get the wrench to capture the nut. Once you've done that the pressure from turning the bolt will hold it in place.
Keep in mind that I did not remove that mount but just loosened it so I could lift the rear of the body up from the frame. It might be real tricky to get that nut started if you're talking about a complete removal and replacement.
