I think that 73 Wagon was supposed to have the 73-77 cushion grip steering wheel with the Big horn button. maybe
It says cushion grip wheel on the window sticker.
And a Saf T track Axle was a cool selection.
On the 63 Tempest , I think seatbelts were an option until 1966 mandatory.
