Anti-squat and anti-dive references moment of inertia points on the car transected by suspension pickup points.

anti squat would be the tendency for the rear of the car to resist compression. Why you want this in a road race situation is the fact that as the rear squats, while it does add traction at the rear, it unloads the front, reducing traction on your steering tires. this will typically result in a tight exit on power from the apex.
Anti dive does the same thing, but at the front of the car under braking.
