All I would do is rip out that 10 bolt, and those stock leaf springs, and put in a 4 link with a 12 bolt. Then it would be ideal.
Adding those wheels WITHOUT a suspension mod to speed it up results in a extremely harsh ride where tires don't stay on the road with any imperfections in the road. May look good.. Drive it on a normal road.
This is why GM didn't add those wheels till STRUTS were in the cars.
