I would go straight to High quality (expensive) LEDs instead of buying and wiring in relays.

My four light 5-3/4” Firebird has evolved three times. First to Halogen sealed beams. Second to Hella E-Code glass housings and halogen bulbs. Got them from this guy who was super knowledgable and helpful: https://www.rallylights.com/

Had to run relays for that set up since those halogen bulbs drew a total of 31 amps! Bright though. And very high quality beam.

Now I run Morimoto 2Stroke LED bulbs in the glass housings. The LEDs have a built in fan. As bright as the previous Euro-Halogen setup and also a high quality beam. Crisp cutoff. Good color - not too blue. These are the best headlights I’ve had on this car in 43 years of ownership. And no more changing headlight bulbs. I left the relays in place but they are not needed anymore.
