My brother used one of these places for oil changes. He wanted me to fix a leaky valve cover. Turns out the filter was loose. I went to the place and told them how incompetent their are. They threatened to call the police and I responded that the BBB was going to get a call. Checked all their cars and all the other filters were loose.
