In 1988, three years after it was painted, I was at my dad's house in the hills and the neighbor asked me to move the car down into the back area so he could use dad's driveway to get a hot tub delivered. I obliged, but for the hour my car was parked in the backyard outside the garage, a squirrel chewed off a 10 inch long, 2 pound green pinecone and it fell about 110 feet and hit the trunklid of the GTO. To this day, it looks like someone took a ball peen hammer and hit the trunk lid super hard. Nice dent the size of a quarter. And double walled, so no easy way to remove without repainting. I'll fix it if I ever paint the car again. The single stage is holding up pretty good for a 38 year old paint job!
