Ok, thought i would update this mess..........got the ames oem pan, just like original they claim..........fits worse than the chinese repo..........thought i would get slick and use studs, that may matters even worse...........i bought the baffle that you weld unto the pan......god knows how that would even fit.........

I know my windage is making me force the bolts in........can you run without a tray and no baffle...........or im gonna have to take it off and then bend it, cant bend it with it on the motor, ..........also noticed a issue with the bop one piece gasket seems really loose where its supposed to fit around the crank.........thinking of cutting it off there and try the cork around the crank.........as far as the new pan, trying to fit without a gasket, im using a .035 as in the pic you can see fits easily............and if i put a gasket down, you can see the gap...........i didnt torque them to 12 ish, but im pretty close.

Not sure what im gonna do now............cant believe its this hard to get a pan to fit........
