Pull the shaft.
Weld the weight pivot stud from the bottom side, maybe do both while you’re at it.
New springs.
Optional - toss that Petrontics and put points in it, you decide.
Easy fast cheap fix.
I’ve had worse ones repaired, nothing wrong with giving that one a little love.
