Yep what Omar said. If all you're looking to do is bubble flare the end for hose clamp connections a double flare tool does that.
Just use the fitting for the inverted flare (first step of a double flare) and you're done.

Of course a good double flare tool is about the same price but it's a much needed tool to have in the arsenal.
