Yes, that’s clear to see.
It’s far easier to seal that up right with the heads off!
I don’t think that when I sleeve and seal up push rod holes on ported heads that I could get it right with the heads bolted on.
You should have never did the grinding work there that you did.
It picked up air flow that your intake can’t keep up with!
You will get it all right this time, I mean you gave it your best shot with the heads on and my hats off to you for that effort!
