Yes, there are overflow hotels with available rooms within two blocks of the host hotel, so all is good.
As for an online Registration Form? Well, if that is an offer to volunteer to code the HTML and/or program the ColdFusion scripts that would interface with the Registrar's Excel database file, we'll gladly accept your help!
But alas, this is a one-time-only event, produced by volunteers from the Arizona Chapter #29 POCI who love the hobby so much that they've resurrected the long-ago annual tradition of holding a fun and informative convention in the Western U.S.
