Sorry to say, if they don't do agreed value, this was known, then you took the risk of cheaper monthly payments vs the potential risk. It sucks but that's the relationship you entered into then, gotta bail now.
My American Family does agreed value, not just Haggerty or Grundy etc will take care of valuable cars. The reason you go to Haggerty or Grundy is because of this very sneaky insurance aspect they don't let people know about...
