Vacuum modulator line for trans goes to the port on the upper front left with the red cap on it in your pic.

Vacuum advance line to distributor goes to the lower right port on the front that you are pointing at in the other pic.

Brake booster and/or AC vacuum controls go the the rear vacuum 'tree'.

I don't recall - at the moment - whether the one sticking out the side by the choke linkage is manifold vacuum or ported.

I do know it was originally used for that thermal vacuum switch in the left side of the intake water crossover that had about six vacuum hoses in a big rubber plug going to it.
