My 1969 400 4-speed coupe with the standard 330 hp 400 had the power steering cooling line and the car was an unmolested original, so it wouldn’t be hard to assume for me at least that all factory equipped 400 cars with p/s would have come with it.

The seller "71GP76TA" has been very responsive during the process. I think dealing with me might not be so fun considering I ask a lot of questions. This was a fun thread for me. All the input from the members here gave me the confidence to purchase a car across the country. Something I never thought I would do.
