I believe you have the same hood a buddy ran on his TA some thirty years ago. He referred to it as "Turbo Hood". I figured out a way to fit a T2, two stages of nitrous with a 1" spacer and now an additional 1/4 in spacer. I always liked the "stock" look with this car. The picture shows the scoop a bit low... I lost two tenths and two mph on the red car going with the "stock" looking hood. Before that I used a factory Formula hood with a molded in forward facing Pro Stock style scoop.. Just the opposite of your gains.
