I used the numbers as posted in the above example, without a decimal point.
Numbers that I presume is the amount of lobe lift.
As pointed out when Comp lists their lobe lift numbers in the catalog they are with three digits.
Some might choose to use four digits.

.447 lobe lift x 1.75 rocker ratio = .782
.4770 lobe lift x 1.75 rocker ratio = .782
