You mean recessed park? Yes it is.

I can pull wiper cover put I'd hope after being restored nothing is "hinky" haha...

Where is the resistor?inside the wiper motor? If I remove the switch couldn't I check continuity on each terminal to ground? Since I understand power is always at the motor/washer and ground is applied to make the circuit, seems like I could rule out the switch that way.
