[T/A Fanatic]

I'm working on updating the cooling system on my '71 Norwood TA. The only piece that I'm not sure of the finish is the approximately 2.5" metal spacer between the water pump pulley and the fan. Car is a manual transmission car and does not have the fan clutch. Is this piece bare steel (Eastwood Detail Gray) or bare aluminum or cad or what??? I have seen no information on this piece. Thanks for any responses. Alan
