The only roller rockers I've not had issues with (discounting the high end shaft mounted varieties) are Crane Gold Race, Harland Sharp, or Crower Enduro.
For at least 90 percent of these builds factory stamped steel rockers are more than adequate and NEVER put grooved rocker balls in them......FWIW.....
