I saw what looked to be some messy welds on the attaching bracket;
I also saw the rear opening was closed off with what appeared to be a plate with a thick bead of epoxy...
IIRC the 73-76 had molded spots where the block off was pop-riveted in place - this didn't appear to have those...
The shaker for sure has been heavily messed with, but I guessed that the wing-nut brackets were the indicator of what it started it's life as.
