If all cylinders are pumping 190-200 I doubt you have a lifter failure. With a lifter failure you would certainly have a dead hole or at a minimum one that pumps way out of range from the others.
Hard for me to see in the pic but that looks like bearing material, something in the bottom end.

Sorry to hear but it happens to all of us if you play with these things long enough. Look at it as an opportunity to make it better
