IIRC the 73-76 had molded spots where the block off was pop-riveted in place - this didn't appear to have those...
The shaker for sure has been heavily messed with, but I guessed that the wing-nut brackets were the indicator of what it started it's life as.

The taps are poorly made, poorly welded cobbled parts. This is all very obvious.
