Installed pics
The larger bar was bent just a little bit different than original 1" bar and the pass side bracket was not aligned with the frame holes when it was snugged up on the bar. Slotted the bushing bracket with dremel, than cut the foot off an old firebird sway bar bracket and used it a a washer to spread load across the bushing bracket. This is the hole that stripped so there is a Gr5 nut up inside the frame, allowing me to tighten it good.

I will keep an eye on it but should be good I think.
