Pay attention to the rear cylinders, as I suspect your master cylinder had residual pressure valves that might go away when you convert to a disc master.

Without those valves, some rear cylinders can suck air back in and trust me, you can pull your hair while chasing your tail to figure out why you keep getting a soft pedal.

Rear cylinders with "expanders" in the cups will probably be enough to prevent this, and an aftermarket residual pressure valve is a back-up plan.
