I seriously doubt you can fit an e-fan as a puller since the existing fan probably takes up most of the room. So, pusher.
But, an e-fan may bring on other problems, like electrical/charging system, especially if it's stock.
203 isn't overheating by the way. That's about what mine runs w AC on in stop & go, 195/205.
EDIT: And it would be best to run some kind of a controller, PWM type preferable.
