For screw drivers I generally go with Kline tools. Electricians use screwdrivers like no one else and I have found them to be good tools. I have not bought any from the box stores though. There has to be a reason they're cheaper there.
Proto is another quality tool at a good price. Their line of wrenches that are not chromed are a great value. They don't have the oversized ends like Craftsman wrenches do which make working in tight spaces easier Plus I can get them at Grainger with the company discount.
