It is a real Ram4 4spd Judge.
The actual Buildsheet has been posted on PY several times in the past 15+ years.
Not sure why they didn't post PHS on eBay.
It last sold on BaT in Nov 2020 for only $75k
Seems to be a new trend on eBay to change the last number in the VIN , the last few cars I have checked into were done that way.
