That .080 plus a 2.19 intake valve is like running a 2.270 valve in eheads. How many shelf pistons have pockets for that? Guessing not many.

The pistons have one big valve pocket that is the same one both sides of the piston and its big enough for a 2.20 intake valve on both sides.
Move that intake .080 towards the middle and there is nothing but room. And the other side is big enough for a intake valve so why would a exhaust valve hit anything ?
Am I missing something ?
