My 73 Firebird has it, and I have a visor off of a 73 Grand Prix that also has it. Can't speak to the 74, as both my 74 GTO and my 74 Grand Am are missing the driver side visor lol
Oh, and I should add that my 73 Formula originally had the early design emissions system (before the EPA-forced change).
