Yes it is a RA II per billing history card with a 7 in box 34. Additionally the build date is after the early May production start for RAII.
I have a RA II 4 speed and have been collecting/installing the missing parts. Those parts are out there but very expensive. In my opinion a car is always as it was "factory born". How correct or original it is, or needs to be, will affect market value. The way I look at it is to add up all the parts/work that needs to be done to make it correct then subtract that from the market value of a correctly restored car. That should be about what the car is worth (in my opinion).
