I have never had any luck in a car getting these out with heat unless I had a Oxy torch to use, and even then you need to use foil to keep stuff from catching fire.

I find that a big flat nose tapered punch that is just small enough to fit in the square and a good size ball peen hammer is the way to go.

6 to 8 hard it’s will distort the plug enough to jar the threads free and then they come out.
