I know there was a semi-heated thread on here that got locked - concerning when PHS was sending out incorrectly decoded option sheets for these cars - and then no sheets at all.
I think it was member 63Banshee who was leading the charge.
He evidently did make a difference in what they were doing - and not doing.
This particular car came with a faintly worded explanation , and a semi-blank order sheet.

That is a far cry from reality.
The shipping order reflects ALL the optional content - that is a cowardly way to approach the truth.
Truth being - they cannot decipher the shipping order - are too lazy to try - but will still gladly charge you the full price of $120 for their lack of effort.
How about just put that in writing instead ?
Don't make it sound like the document may be faulty .
At least admit that they cannot , or will not , apply the effort to decode these 64 Baltimore / KC shipping orders.
More TRUTH and less rubbish.
Just creating doubt and confusion using a statement like that.
