Were there 65 RA birds made or 65 post the head change from 670 to 97/997 with the deeper machined spring pockets? I have heard both - that there were a bunch made made before they revised the heads due to valve train issues and made a new head casting to indicate the difference, then 65 with 997 heads, or that there were only 65 total made with both heads.
