I have never seen a 1967 Carter mfd A.I.R. (or Ram Air) Quadrajet.
Also, A.I.R. carbs uses a square hole on the tag were all others uses a round hole.

But how do you tell an A.I.R. Rochester airhorn from the garden variety airhorn? I'm looking at an airhorn from a Rochester 7027263 and it looks like the one on Ebay. Mine has a 7 casting number (can't see the casting number on the Ebay carb) and my secondary flap 'stops' are still intact. Mine also does not have that triangular vent tube cover which might be hiding the adjusting screw? Is that how you tell?
P.S. Thanks for the square hole id disk info on A.I.R. fuel bowls. I have never shopped for a California model Qjet before...but if I ever do, I'll be armed with good knowledge to keep from being taken.
