Default 74-76 Birds projects worth ?

I have to admit those years 74-76 Firebirds always flew under my radar. Despite a high school friend who had a real cool '74 candy apple red T/A with a 455 , 4 speed and Cragar SSTs ...I still only had eyes for 70-73s and 77-78 models.

Since I live in a country were any vintage car that is barely solid (forget about rust free) is worth looking at. So when ever a even vaguely "rust free" projects pops up on marketplace and is less than 6 hours drive away, I get excited.

So project number 1 is:

A 1976 Trans Am (real deal) original 400 auto (low options), old unfinished project stopped for numerous years, dangling on a hoist with new front end bushing, ball joint and subframe bushings. all body work done on shell and painted clear coated( new roof, cowl, floors, etc), front panels are not painted, neither the bumpers, hood , skirts etc... but all are included (shaker, bumpers, etc...) rusted fenders though. interior needs finishing and a windshield

Price : 5000$ without engine and transmission or 9000$ including newly rebuilt original 400 engine and th350.

Project #2 is:

1974 plain jane Firebird black on grey (owner says it has a 400), automatic car, car is rough looking but owner says is all solid ( I'm sure it has rot in a couple spots), car is complete just been in a barn for 3 years. so needs to be refreshed all over.. car is kinda cool for being the small back glass bird.

Asking Price 5000$

What would you guys pay for those and which one you'd rather buy?
Thanks for playing...

Peter
