I think the black plates are reissues. The front end pic shows a blue plate that appears to have been issued from the mid 70's. Also has a plate frame from Silveria Pontiac in Healdsburg CA. Car was probably traded in/sold from there in the mid 70's.

I like original paint cars... but thats a little too rough for me.
