When I am in this situation, I trust that the seller will not "pull an eBay" and inflate the shipping;
I simply tell them something along the lines of "If you still have it, I'll buy it - please box it up, and let me know what the total is";
If you really wanted that part, might I suggest that in the future, you take this stance.
