I know Pete McCarthy used to saw the 670s were some of the best flowing D ports. The ones I flowed were some of the worse!
When I swapped a 400 short block under my RAIV heads HO intake and massaged 73 SD Qjet with the same 288/296 UD cam it was dog with the same 3.42 gears and convertor!
