Does anyone make a direct replacement for 2nd gen multi leaf spring perches / seats.
I am doing a few 12 bolt replacements, and rather than butcher old housings I would get new spring perches so ordered "replacement" ones from a USA supplier. I knew the locating seat on the upper pad may be an issue, but thought I deal with that as long as the geometry was OK.

1st issue, height was different, I know there is several different but the 2nd Gen multi stuff is the same on every rear end I have seen

2nd issue, no recess for spring pad locator - not too much of a biggie ?

3rd, main issue, the spring pocket is too narrow and wont allow for factory OR replacement spring pad isolators with the cushion at the sides ???

These are about as far from replacement as you can get !!
They are nicely made, laser cut and very accurate, just very accurately WRONG !!!!
