In 1993 I Iived in Gainesville , Fl. That was the year of "Storm of the Century". I was outside running my dog and this weird stuff came falling from the sky. It was Spring so I thought it may be pollen. It was really fine in texture. I went back inside and saw on the local news it was snow.
