I could, it's 1/4-20, but still would have to grab a passenger side one.

Those bolts are under constant stress too, not sure how long they would last. I have steel nut-serts, but honestly, if I was going to do something like that I would just use a nut. There's no adjustment requirement so not biggie really.

It's still a little sloppy at the X point too, not sure if that would be a difference or not. Or I should say it's more free-moving than the repop one.

Who makes repop ones now? Does Goodmark, AMD, etc make those? Or are they all the same?
