I think the problem is solved and thanks to all those that chimed in. Warren Seale summarized perfectly. Below is what I have currently; not the greatest lighting but its more noticeable in person. You can tell the hood (Cameo White 11) is a shade off from the fender. Based on what everyone is saying, the hood is the 'original' shade of white and the fender is probably Corvette white.
