So after scouring eGay listings of window regulator roller, many of which don't list the O.D. of the roller, I found one that is actually the correct size of .935 .

The Golden Star regulator I received from our host appears to ne of better quality than the OER one I purchased, so I'm going to replace the rollers on the Golden Star ones.

The rollers are expected to be delivered Monday, and will post additional info once I look over them.

All other window parts for the door that are available appear to work correctly, but no window sash are available repop. Sure would be nice if some repopped them in a slightly wider size to allow them to work with the repop regulators' roller size, and doubt that would cause issues with OE/NOS regulators.
