Make spacers (aluminum, steel) to shim the frame mounts lower whatever thickness you need to gain, with longer bolts. That's how I'd get around the problem if I'm understanding correctly, the bar is too close to the lower pulley area, and needs dropped lower.

If it has to be dropped a substantial amount shorten the links the same amount as the spacer thickness.

If you need to relocate it forward then a link location would need to be fabricated on the lower control arms making the link mounting position further forward on the control arm.

If that's not the case pictures would be helpful.
