Congrats on your new found freedom, now the hard work of pleasing yourself rather than an employer begins.
If you really want to keep yourself busy, my advice is to buy an old farmhouse, and try to do everything yourself, never a day goes by that I don't think about all the things that need done here. The house is also a huge diversion to keep me out of the garage where I have projects waiting as well, and a way to spend any extra money I need to burn..........
